Led by Lauren, a trusted, qualified and experienced advanced aesthetics practitioner, Perfect Technique Aesthetics is focused on delivering high-quality professional training within the aesthetics industry, supporting both aspiring and established practitioners in developing their skills and careers.

The Sandwich Shop Derby Coming Soon to Royal Buildings

We’re also pleased to share that the kiosk unit within Royal Buildings will soon welcome a new independent occupier: The Sandwich Shop Derby.

Located within one of Derby’s most characterful and recognisable buildings, The Sandwich Shop will provide a high-quality and affordable range of sandwiches, salads and beverages, adding a fresh and accessible offering to the local area.

Smaller commercial units can play an important role in activating high street spaces, encouraging footfall and creating a vibrant street-level experience. We’re excited to see the kiosk brought back to life and become part of the daily rhythm of the city centre.
