Atish is the visionary founder of Cavendish & London Property Group. He has a passion for regeneration and value driven developments. Combining innovative strategies with a commitment to quality and sustainability. Under his leadership, Cavendish & London continues to shape a brighter, more vibrant future for urban spaces across the UK.
Atish is supported by his wife Kristina and two children. Atish likes to play a range of sports, loves to cook and enjoys keeping fit. He also works with local schools to help the younger generation understand entrepreneurship.
Judith Healy
Property Manager
Judith heads the firm’s assets as our Property Manager since 2022. Judith is the main point of contact for everything to do with property management, change of tenancy and maintenance.
Judith holds the Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Award.
Outside of work she can be found with a pair of knitting needles and far too much wool or trying to do yoga and pilates.
Kristina Parmar
Finance Manager
Kristina acts as our Director and heads our accounts team. She ensures the day-to-day accounts, payroll, investor reporting, budgets, cash flow are all overseen.
Outside of work Kristina enjoys family life, travelling, and making sure all is in order for work and family life.
Christopher Wesley
Development Director
With a career spanning in Development Management, Project Management, and Site Management. Chris brings a comprehensive understanding of property and construction sectors from both contractor and client perspectives. Chris’s portfolio includes industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, and apartment schemes, across both new build and refurbishment.
Beyond the professional realm, Chris is a dedicated family man who finds joy in entertaining, cooking, and spending time outdoors, whether hiking with loved ones or cycling with friends. A keen tennis player and endurance enthusiast, Chris brings the same energy and discipline to his personal life as he does to every project he leads.
Sarah Flynn
Executive Assistant
Sarah is an experienced business support professional with a background in executive assistance, HR, payroll and operations. She brings strong organisational skills and a practical approach to supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.
Sarah enjoys building strong working relationships, keeping processes organised and helping the wider team work efficiently. Her experience across different areas of business support enables her to provide reliable support across the organisation.
Rhie Anne Deraco
Marketing Manager
Anne brings over six years of experience in marketing and project management, working across content, campaigns, client communications, and day-to-day delivery.
She has managed teams, coordinated projects, and supported businesses across different industries, with a strong focus on keeping work clear, organised, and moving forward.Her background combines creative marketing with practical project management, allowing her to work comfortably across both strategy and execution.
Gaz Shanker
Caretaker
Gaz brings over 40 years of experience at Rolls-Royce, having progressed from an apprenticeship to spending 25 years in operational management.
He now works part-time as a handyman and caretaker, using his practical skills, problem-solving ability and hands-on experience to support local properties and clients. Outside of work, Gaz enjoys playing golf in his free time.
