Atish is the visionary founder of Cavendish & London Property Group. He has a passion for regeneration and value driven developments. Combining innovative strategies with a commitment to quality and sustainability. Under his leadership, Cavendish & London continues to shape a brighter, more vibrant future for urban spaces across the UK.

Atish is supported by his wife Kristina and two children. Atish likes to play a range of sports, loves to cook and enjoys keeping fit. He also works with local schools to help the younger generation understand entrepreneurship.

Pushpa Parmar

Advisor

Pushpa sits on the advisory board at Cavendish & London Property Group. After successfully selling a property management company, she now helps with various growth strategies from her experience in property.

Pushpa is a keen cook in Gujarati cuisines. She is a grandmother of six and loves to socialise and to travel. Her goal is to see as much of the world as possible.

Kristina Parmar

Development Manager

Kristina oversees and coordinates the end-to-end process of our property developments. Ensuring the highest standard and keeping our developments within budgets.

Kristina enjoys spending time with family & friends and exploring new places. She is known for her amazing organisational skills which is great for our company.

Judith Healy

Estates Manager

Judith heads the firm's assets as our Estates Manager since 2022. Judith is the main point of contact for everything to do with lease renewals, change of tenancy and maintenance.

Judith holds the Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Award.

Outside of work she can be found with a pair of knitting needles and far too much wool or trying to do yoga and Pilates.
