We’re pleased to confirm that planning consent has now been granted for the upper floors of 40 Sadler Gate, Derby. This approval marks the next phase in our ongoing efforts to deliver well-planned, high-quality developments across the city.

The project will focus on converting underutilised space into six functional, modern residential units located within Derby's Cathedral Quarter. It reflects our continued commitment to supporting practical city centre living while maintaining the integrity of existing buildings.

As we continue to grow, we welcome Christopher Wesley as our new Development Director. Christopher brings a wealth of experience in property development and will be instrumental in helping us manage multiple sites and acquisitions across the region.

His appointment reflects our focus on scaling responsibly and delivering projects that meet the targets we set earlier this year. With Christopher on board, we’re in a strong position to ensure our pipeline of developments moves forward efficiently and to a high standard.
