Residential Scheme Gets The Green Light

We’re pleased to confirm that planning consent has now been granted for the upper floors of 40 Sadler Gate, Derby. This approval marks the next phase in our ongoing efforts to deliver well-planned, high-quality developments across the city.

The project will focus on converting underutilised space into six functional, modern residential units located within Derby's Cathedral Quarter. It reflects our continued commitment to supporting practical city centre living while maintaining the integrity of existing buildings.

A Big Step Forward

With planning now approved, we can begin preparations to bring new homes to a central and well-connected location. The proposed apartments will be energy-efficient and designed with practical layouts to suit the needs of modern residents.

Our aim is to improve the availability of quality housing in the area while working in line with the existing structure and style of the property. This is a targeted step towards delivering usable space that supports the city’s long-term growth.
